Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Look for the signage with your name after collecting your luggage. Our representative will escort you to your hotel in the vibrant city of Kathmandu.
Kathmandu: The capital of Nepal is steeped in history, with its narrow streets, wooden temples, and intricately decorated palaces. The city exudes a medieval charm, representing the ancient kingdom of Nepal.
Upon arrival at your hotel, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and handed the room key. Before you check in, you will have a short trek briefing with your guide, ensuring you are well-prepared and equipped for the trek ahead.
We recommend arriving in Kathmandu during the morning or daylight hours for a comfortable start to your adventure. This allows you to rest and recover from jet lag, and you’ll have time to visit Thamel, Kathmandu’s popular tourist hub, to pick up any last-minute trekking gear.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Pokhara. The flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara is one of the most scenic ways to travel, offering incredible views of the Himalayas as you approach the picturesque lakeside town.
Please note that flight delays or cancellations are common on the Kathmandu-Pokhara route due to Nepal's mountainous terrain and unpredictable weather conditions.
Upon arrival at Pokhara, we’ll begin our trek. The hike follows a ridgeline through the lower foothills of the Annapurna Range, offering sweeping views of the Pokhara Valley. Along the way, we’ll stop for a scenic picnic lunch. The trail then descends into the Modi River Valley, where we will reach Sanctuary Lodge, a cozy and traditional mountain accommodation.
Sanctuary Lodge is beautifully constructed in the traditional mountain style by local craftsmen. The lodge features a charming garden and offers breathtaking views of the sacred Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain), famous for its distinct fish-tail-shaped peak.
Today’s trek covers 7 kilometers and will take approximately 3-4 hours.

After breakfast, we continue our trek, walking further to Ghandruk. The trail contours through terraced fields, and after a short section along a jeep track, we begin to ascend the famous stone steps leading into the village of Ghandruk. This village is well-known as a recruitment center for Gurkha soldiers and also houses the headquarters of the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), which supports a variety of ecological initiatives in the region.
We will spend the night at Himalaya Lodge, offering stunning views of the Annapurna Mountain Range. From here, you will also enjoy a beautiful vantage point over Ghandruk village, where traditional whitewashed, stone-roofed houses are nestled along the hillside.

Today, we leave Ghandruk behind and begin our trek towards Landruk, a charming Gurung village nestled in the Modi River Valley. The trail offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna range, passing through lush forests and terraced farmlands.
Upon arrival at La Bee Lodge, you will be welcomed into a cozy retreat featuring en-suite rooms and an incredible cliff-edge location with panoramic views stretching into the horizon.
After lunch, enjoy a guided village walk to explore Landruk and its picturesque surroundings.

After breakfast, we depart from La Bee Lodge and begin our trek to Gurung Lodge, located near the village of Majgaun. Today's trail contours along the hillside with gentle ups and downs, passing through charming villages and farmlands.
We arrive at Gurung Lodge in time for lunch, followed by an optional afternoon hike to explore the surrounding villages.
The lodge is designed in the traditional Gurung style, with timber and stone architecture, a beautiful garden, en-suite rooms, and a cozy lounge and dining area with exposed wooden roof beams.

After breakfast, we begin our final trek to Lumle, a 2-hour walk through scenic landscapes. From Lumle, a private vehicle will transfer us to Pokhara, a 1.5-hour drive.
Pokhara, known as the "Gateway to the Himalayas," is a stunning lakeside city offering breathtaking views of the Annapurna Range and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain). The afternoon is free for you to unwind and explore.
