This 20-day adventure begins in the vibrant capital of Kathmandu, where centuries-old palaces, temples, and stupas offer a vivid introduction to Nepal’s rich history and spiritual heritage. Explore the sacred Swayambhunath Stupa, the elegant courtyards of Patan Durbar Square, and the revered cremation ghats of Pashupatinath Temple. The trek is moderately strenuous due to high altitudes, rugged trails, and long walking days. The UNESCO site visits are relatively easy, but overall good physical fitness and mental preparedness are required.
